GREEN; Europe to Consider Limiting Emissions From Ship Fuel

European Parliament will consider new rules to limit pollution from ships; legislation aims to reduce emissions of harmful gases and particles, and environmental groups are also hoping to build support for accelerating the use of cleaner-burning fuels.
